Gauthier Géroux is the incumbent President of the Commonwealth of European States, born in Andorra la Vella, studying at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon I in Nice. Géroux went on to become a member of the Andorran Assembly, then becoming it's First Minister, reporting directly to the then-Governor of Atlantic Europe, the role which he would occupy less than a year later - the shortest term a First Minister has ever held in Andorra.
